Hang & Level works with Sunflow. Sunflow handles replies, quotes and invoices for Hang & Level enquiries.
Start with your suburb. We may ask for an exact address later to confirm travel and access. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
What you share
Our enquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, suburb, service required and a brief job description. An email address is optional. We use these details to assess the work, respond, prepare a quote and arrange a suitable time if you decide to proceed.
How the form is delivered
Your enquiry is sent to Sunflow’s inbox using Resend. This Hang & Level website does not save a separate copy of the enquiry in its own customer database. The form does not accept photo uploads. You can send relevant photos in a follow-up email or WhatsApp conversation.
WhatsApp and email
If you choose WhatsApp or email, your message is handled by those services and Sunflow. Please avoid sending identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. We only need details that help us understand your hanging or mounting job.
Website measurement
We may use optional website measurement to understand visits and enquiries. Measurement tags will load only after you choose to allow them. We do not intentionally send form names, phone numbers, email addresses or exact addresses to analytics.
Sharing, retention and your choices
Sunflow does not sell your personal information. The providers needed for website hosting, email delivery, analytics, messaging and business administration may process relevant details. Sunflow keeps enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for quoting, customer service, service records and legal or business requirements.
